I would appreciate any input on fixing the running fan.

I accidentally spilt water on my macbook. The battery is now dead and I can turn it back on with the power. However the fan starts running all the time whenever I start my macbook.

I ran the hardware test and got this error: 4M0T/1/40000002: Exhaust. I wonder if the problem is related to the fan itself or heat sink or something else. What should I replace?

Thanks.
