I installed Fan Control and the fan rpm dropped to 1500 (Default is 2000) so i decided to uninstall it using AppCleaner and I also did the SMC reset, but when I start the Macbook the fans slowly increases to 3000rpm and then drops all the way to 1500rpm?

I installed SmcfanControl and when I open it the fans would try to spin to its default speed of 2000rpm but would quickly drop down to 1500rpm again.

I'm sure the SMC did reset as the Mag led turned Green then back to orange again.

do I need to update my SMC or EFI?

Can anyone help?

EDIT: ok it seems that I although I removed Fan Control something is still left which is causing the fans to run at 1500rpm as default, I know this because I replace the SSD with the original drive and that runs at 2000rpm when booted into OSX.

So need to figure out how to fix the problem.

EDIT 2: NVM Problem Fixed.
