Fan Speed

How can i make my MacBook fan speed 3000rpm minimum? I need to do this so it doesnt get so hot when i boot it into Vista!

download iStat
and then do it from there.

I'm not sure if smcFanControl would work when you boot up from Vista. There's also iStat Pro 4.6.
