Fan stopping during voice dictation?

As I was using my computer today I accidentally toggled the Voice Dictation on my mac and my fan stopped running when the mic was on. Is this normal Im just curious because my fan was running really fast and suddenly stopped when I turned on the voice dictation I even tested it multiple times if the same results came out and it did. Is this normal or should I do something about it?

That is normal. The fan doesn't completely stop. As long as your Mac is on, the fan is always spinning.
