Drove up a hill and suddenly heard a 'thud'. If it wasn't for the fact I also left my bright red jacket on the roof, I probably wouldn't have looked in the rear view mirror.

Stored in a leather sleeve. Pleasantly surprised that the screen wasn't damaged! Maybe the marks add a bit of character...

That's relatively unscathed considering the trauma you put it through I'll remember never to leave my 14" MBP on the roof of the car thanks to your teachable moment.

Several months ago i saw this on my MacBook air m1

My macbook stand”s rubber gave out during the morning,
Fell on a cincrete floor
This was the worst thing i did to….well anything considered preciuos.

These are very tough nachines!

That's the beauty of aluminium, it can absorb some shock from impact.
