These headphones came to my attention after seeing a story saying that Monster tried to sue the company because the headphones were so similar to their beats range.

They do look really similar and i doubt that's by accident. They are cheaper too.

I have no idea why the company is named that, might get some weird looks going to work with fanny wang written on my headphones.

Anybody tried these?

intresting find, id like to know quality too. id die for a pair of beats, or monster in ears but damn the price is just crazy...

Yeah i'm in the same boat, can't justify buying a pair of beats but they look so good. Hopefully people starting reviewing these soon.

Sounds like the individual got a poor test unit.

Seriously, no headphones (Even the dollar store ones) sells with mismatched drivers.

Yep. Seems so. I actually thought these looked really cool too. Maybe it was just a defective unit, who knows.

I found this video of a guy checking the headphones out at CES.

He seemed to prefer them heavily over the beats by dre headphones, hopefully we get a thorough review soon.

I tried them out at CES. To me they're an obvious knock off copying Beats "fashion." They sound different though. A more balanced EQ, which is a plus for me. I thought they sounded pretty good and it was kind of ballsy letting people demo them with Beats on the show floor.

Seems like they may be appealing for someone looking to save a few bucks and hates the thought of throwing money at Monster.

Here's a video with some side-by-side shots with Beats Solo.

Anyone on the forum got these yet?

I was thinking of getting a pair but they don't seem available in the UK yet.
