Fans full blast and laggy..hardware issue?

So I have a 2015 MacBook Pro 15” with the amd discreet graphics card and it recently became very laggy, fans full blast right when you turn it on. Tried resetting sms, nvram and all of that. I reinstalled Catalina and it still had the issue. I called apple shops around and they said I need new thermal paste. But I don’t wanna just jump into that until I know for sure if it will fix it.

So far the only way of getting rid of the lag was to Disable kernel task throttling on OS X by deleting IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext but my fans are still running at full speed but at least the lag is gone.

I downloaded istat and my temperatures are shown here

Are those normal readings? Or are my temperatures unusually high? I don’t want so spend another $2000 on a new MacBook with a discreet graphics but is changing the motherboard the only way to fix this?

I did command + d when I power on, there may be something wrong with smc but I’m not too sure if that’s accurate

I have fan controllers but scared to change it to something lower since my fans are at the highest they can go.
