Fans much louder after repair.

I had my logic board replaced and the fans must have been replaced as well. This is a 2.4ghz memron MBP.

I use SMC fan control and set them at around 2900 before and after there repair. Before they were inaudible PERIOD. After they're a very annoying frequency and quite noticable in a quiet room.

Is it worth complaining about? Or will i just be told they're "fine".
