Fans running all the time on 2010 MBA 13"

Wasn't sure if the MBA forum was best or this one.

Since updating my 2010 13" MacBook Air the fans seem to be running way too often.

I am sat at a desk, using only mail & Safari and they are running.

Is this something that can be sorted?

Not a problem per se, just very annoying as it used to be silent.

do a comd opt p+r restart ....shut down etc
