Hey guys,

As you might've read in the title... every time I scrobble my music through Last.fm, my fans immediately turn on and they continue to run very high. The only two other applications I have running at the moment are iTunes and Adium. It's almost so bad that I can't even hear the music playing, basically. Any ideas? Is this common? Why or why not? Should I look into this?

I would try using a different browser and see if the same occurs.

You're using the last.fm application, right?

I haven't noticed anything like this and I have that app open constantly. I'll check it out once I'm on my home computer.

You could try opening Activity Monitor before running last.fm to see if the app is drawing on an unusual amount of resources.

Yes, I'm using the Last.fm client to scrobble my music. I hope I'm not the only one who has this problem! Wish I knew how to fix it. :( Oh, and I'm going to look at the Activity Monitor when I get a chance... thanks for the suggestion!
