Hey guys,

Basically, I have a 15" retina Macbook Pro. It's awesome, but when running games, it gets hot and of course the fans are loud. I have a pair of gaming headphones, so I'm not too worried about the noise, but I'm worried about the stress of playing for say 2-3 hours with the fans manually set to roughly 6000rpm with iStat, and the CPUs sitting at roughly 80C that whole time.

Can anyone offer any advice or tips? Or support, for that matter!

There are thousands of threads on this subject, you would've found the answer to your question if you had bothered to search.

Your computer is behaving normally, doesn't need any type of external fan control and quite comfy running at elevated temperatures for extended periods of time. That's what it was meant to do.
