Only a few mentions of Timeline on this forum, so I thought I'd give my initial impressions. This is a great piece of software.
I needed a nice (& easy) way to present my company's relationship with a client over the past decade - in about an hour I had a very professional looking timeline depicting all the business we've done over the years.
The more I've messed with it, the more potential I see (for my kids school projects as well as professional use).
The developers obviously put an effort into their product - I'm looking forward to using it some more.
