Fantom drive 3mega

Hi every one

I just received my 6TB fantom drive Gforce 3mega and i plug it to my macbook but it wold not show up

is there other set up procedure to do before using it

please let guide me how in steps cause i am new in this one

I had WD my book but it got USB port broken as common problem for others

your help is appreciated...
