I love to read internet forums, and this one in particular, but a huge proportion of the threads in here are about RAM, or additional HDs which could easily be answered by a search.

Could we have some more 'stickies' on here about these subjects, and a sticky about what to search on before posting? I hate over regulation of forums, but I think this would help here.

agreed. I think we should have a sticky for "post RAM deals you find here"

You can create guides and add them to the guide listing at the top of each section. That is what I have done for all the "Can the iPhone work in Japan?", "Can the iPhone work on Verizon?", and "Will a software update make the iPhone 3G?" type questions.
