Hi guys,

i've been a part of a yahoo group that has been posting videos in their files section.

not too many on this particular yahoo group know very much about computers, so i'm adding a little section on how to upload videos to the group, which needs to include an easy way to get a video file size down to under five megs....


so,

-can anyone recommend a mac and a windows program that is for free and can easily reencode a video down to a certain size?
