can someone explain if using camera apps that take multiple pictures per second (similar to "burst mode", but continuous) create photos of a lower quality than the standard one-shot camera. ive currently found two (free) apps that can do this, and thought it would be useful for someone like me who isnt the best at taking pictures. but this way, i will be able to select the best pic from many.

fwiw, i have the iphone 4, so advice specific to this phone would be ideal.
the two apps are;

also, is there another camera app in general, that is simple like the stock app but has a large(or moveable) shutter button. this is because it is really helpful in particular when taking self-photos.
thanks guys

Camera+ has a burst mode but it has a disclaimer when you turn it off that the quality may not be as good.
