Fast charge iPhone Air

Upgrading from a 14pro with mag safe. I’m really confused on what I need to fast charge the air with MagSafe. For sure the new mag safe puck correct? What wattage of brick?

30W USB-C for my Macbook Air which has dual USB_C ports
20W USB-C from my iPhone 16 Pro
12W Qi Scosche charger for overnight, cooler charging.
