I bought the new Anker power strip (circular) that has a fast charging port for USB C to Lightning. I bought the cable from Apple. The strip and cable charge my iPhone XS Max with Apple battery pack just fine...but when I plug my previous gen iPad Pro...last one with TouchID...it only charges for about 3 minutes and then stops. Can my iPad Pro not do fast charging?

As for fast charging - only 9.7-inch iPad Pro does not support it. All other iPads Pro can be fast charged.
