Fast charging question for iPhone 8+

I’ve read so much different information on this. What I’ve gotten so far are we can use the iPad charger for faster charging, or we can buy a fast charger from apple. Are these correct? So much information out there it’s kind of confusing. Can someone answer this once and for all? I’m not discussing wireless charging here, just wired fast charging.

I have been using a 12w AmazonBasics charger for a while now (same wattage as iPad charger) and it charges plenty fast for me. Big difference over the 5w charger.

iPhone charger charges it at 5w and iPad charger is at 10 or 12w depending on model.

The usb-c charger charges it at 29w and so gives 0-50% battery charge in 30 minutes.
