Does a iPhone 11 support fast charging if so or kinda what charger to buy ?
 
Yes
The 20 watt charger is fine.
On the Apple Store app, choose your device and then see what chargers are recommended.

i use a 45w charger to charge my 11 Pro Max and 12 Pro Max. No issues so far.im pretty sure the devices control the charging.
