FAST DVD COPY QUESTION....

I've been using Fast DVD COPY for awhile and it's worked fine. Today I copied a DVD but the quality was 52% of the original. Half of the " good red " bar. Is there any way I can change this setting? When I played the DVD the quality was bad. Is there some kind of setting I can change?
