I run dual monitors and use two accounts
Id love it if i could run both at the same time without switching.
left monitor would run my main account with dock and everything

right monitor would run other account with its own dock.

would be like running two systems.

it should be possible! :D

You would need a way to make the keyboard and mouse switch users, which would require either a keystroke or mouse command anyway.

Is it really that hard for you to click the user title bar to switch users?

The UNIX layer underlying Mac OS X allows such a thing, but the Apple layer above it does NOT support simultaneous use of two accounts. Perhaps you should let Apple know that you would like to see this feature in a future version of Mac OS X - I would do that if I wanted a new feature. Here's the link to the Mac OS X feedback page.
