My 3G connection is a lot faster with my iPhone 4 than it ever was with my iPhone 3G over the last 2 years. Fast enough to the point that I don't feel the need to go wifi when surfing the web at home on my phone. Is this bc of the phone and new antenna? Anyone else having a similar experience?

Yes, 3G is faster on the 4 than on the 3GS or 3G. I used to get about 2.8Mbps down and 640Kbps up. Now on the 4, I get 3.5Mbps down and about 700-800Kbps up. Nice speeds. Like you, I tend to keep my phone on 3G now at home.
