Faster LTE Avg Speed

Anyone else notice this? Maybe it is just my local tower deciding it is a good day but I used to get 25 on average. One day I hit 35 one time but since then it has been in the 20s on my iPhone 5.

I ran speed test to see my results with the 6 and got:

I know the antennae has been updated but I really didn't expect a 10Mb increase on average.
