Faster transition animations?

Hi all,

One gripe I have about Apple/OSX is that, while the animations built into the OS are rather smooth, I find them to be too slow.

Is there any software or setting where I can speed up all of the transition animations?

Something equivalent to "fakeclockup" for iOS?
