fastest ipad conversion method

I have video files in varying formats and need to put them onto my ipad. qualty isn't huge as they are just movies I will watch on the road. what is the fastest way of doing it?
i have:
toast
adobe media encoder
visual hub
compressor

which one should I use with what settings to get the movie the fastest?
I have a 64gig ipad, so space isn't an issue.

handbrake seems to do the trip with the presets for ipad. this thread could be deleted.
