I’m aware of 5 methods to restore an Iphone:
  1. restore from iCloud.
  2. restore from an iTunes backup.
  3. restore from an Encrypted iTunes backup.
  4. iPhone migration, wired (new for iOS 12.4).
  5. iPhone migration, wireless (new for iOS 12.4).

2 questions:

  1. Which restore methods will completely restore my data? Keychain, 3rd party apps and data, photos, etc.
  2. What is the order, from fastest to slowest, for restoring my data completely?
Preparing for my IUP appointment tomorrow, and I understand I will need to turnover my existing phone for my new phone. Let’s assume both phones are 512GB, and I have the necessary hardware (MacBook Air with usb 2.0 for either iTunes restore) and services (iCloud 2TB) for all restore methods during the 30 minute appointment.

Yeah this is the key question for me too-- I usually do icloud backup but may consider the migration tool but don't want to be in the store for 3 hours.
