Fastest way from .avi to dvd

Hello everyone,

I have a few (okay, around 30) files that are just plain .avi files that i'm looking to convert to throw on dvds for playing in dvd players. Anyone have any idea what's the fastest way of going about this? iDvd is great but doesn't support batch processing, etc.
