Hello All
what is fastest.
Crucial M4 512 gb or
OCZ Vertex 3 Series Solid State Disk 480 GB.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards

Fastest? Probably the Vertex 3.

Best option to put in a Mac that combines stability, speed, reliability and compatibility? Crucial M4

Would you be able to tell the difference between a system with an M4 and a Vertex 3? I'll bet you $100 you couldn't in a double blind test ;)

I've owned 7 OCZ SSDs, from Vertex, Vertex Plus, Vertex 2 and my Vertex 3 MAX IOPS. Oldest SSD being 2.5 yrs now and NOT one of them have failed.

People claim OCZ isn't reliable, but I've had 0 issues.

I was gonna get an OCZ but i'm scared off by the problems i hear people having with them. We had one burn out on us at work also. Have you had to do any firmware updates? Any bargain ocz drive i should know about? :D
