FAT32 Bootcamp Partition

Hello, a newb question here and thx in advance for any help I might receive. So I have Vista 64 on a NTSF volume and it works great. I would like to add a FAT32 partition to transfer my music on too so I can share it between Mac and PC; is this possible? Is all I need to do format a FAT32 partition using disk utility and it will show in vista or does it get more complicated? Thank you.
