How good is Fat32 compatibility in Sierra?

I have noting but trouble, it could be just USB drive, but being unable to mount volume in Safe-boot to test, proves me enough. Disk utility shows as 'dim' and mount button is 'dead' but drive is available.

At times in normal mode, it takes a while to create folders/delete anything/eject/and writing to usb drive..

I have cleared /Caches folder and finder.plist as well, but no avail.

The reason why i thought it could interfere with Finder is after i dragged stuff to the trash from Music folder on mac, I got constant beach balling every now and then when it was emptying..

All of this went away after USB was unplugged. Apart from trying another account as the only option and possibly a clean install, or another usb formatted as fat32. i would i'd ask here if are there any issues?

As I am well aware Apple would favor more on their own file system than others.
