I've used Disk Utility to format a USB memory stick as FAT32 so I can swap it between my MBP and various Windows boxes at work, but while Leopard has no problems using the stick and reports it as being a FAT32 volume, it appears to the Windows machines as being unformatted.

I've done a bit of Googling and this does seem to be a known issue with Leopard. Certainly, I never had this problem with Tiger.

I've got round it by simply formatting on a Windows PC, but just for reference, are there any known Leopard-based fixes?
