Fault in otterbox

I noticed that after 1 year when my friend took his phone out of his otterbox there was a round imprint on the glass near the top where the cut out on the case is. We tried hard to remove it but no good.

Yep that happened to my 4s, hence I will never use Otterbox again. It also left marks all over the aluminum frame.
Cases that use TPU or silicone to wrap the phone first, with a hard cover on the outside are better. Otterbox makes those too, but they are too huge IMO.

The problem with that soft material letterbox uses is that it stretches and wears WAY too fast. My wife is on her second otter box after a year and a half of her first one because the soft plastic interior was slipping out of the exterior hard plastic, and was stretched all out.
