So my battery was at 4% as soon as i plugged in the charger it went to 2%. It's been happening for quite some time now. Sometimes when I charge the phone it drops 1% as soon as i plug it in. How come?

You have done this battery thing multiple times.
Maybe a review of your past thread would help you.
You can not depend on your battery gauge when you are in the 4, 2 or 1% range. Why is it even in this low state of charge, anyway . . . . never mind, I do not want to know your reasoning.
