faulty graphics card? please help

when I opened my macbook pro mid 2010 i7 today i found this on the top corner

does this mean my 330m failed?

I had a graphics go on my iMac. This looks like one of the patterns I was getting. the most common patterns I was getting was colored vertical lines.
