hello guys,

my iPhone 6 is faulty. I spoke to apple support and they said my item has a hardware fault so I'm going to take it back to apple, apple support said my item is under warranty, do I need to take any receipts with me? I don't have any as a friend bought the phone for me as a gift, but as the phone is under warranty will it still be ok to get it repaired or a replacement without receipts?

Thanks

You won't need a receipt to return your phone. When you get to the store Apple will check the warranty status by checking the serial number of the device.
