Faulty Mophie Juice Pack or am I doing something wrong?

Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help me with a Mophie Juice Pack Plus that I just purchased.

The battery pack charges and everything, but then when put on stand-by mode for later charging of the iphone, it would not charge the iphone.

I made sure that the switch is on and in green (stand-by mode in red) plus after a few hours in standby mode, even the lights to check the remaining battery life won't turn on. However, when attached to the charger again, the battery level indication lights shows little to no use.

Getting the same problem. Pack charges fine to 100 per cent but will only run for maybe 20 mins before going dead. The minute I hook it back up to the charger, it shows as almost fully charged again.

As simple as a fault with the battery?

I have the Mophie Air. Works great. Retains full charge (5 led lights) when I'm ready to charge up the 4S. The only downfall is it will charge only up to 80%, unlike the other Mophie Battery Case, which charges up to 100%.
