Hey i've had my phone for about 2 weeks now and its awesome. But recently my ringer switch is either stuck on the lowering the volume or something else is wrong but i cannot raise the volume. When i click the up very fast the screen flashes with the volume icon but then goes away in about a second. Is this sort of stuff under warranty or am i still even under warrant or is there something i can to do fix it. Help is appreciated

back to the Apple store for you. fear not, they'll fix you up.

Do i just go up to the genius bar and tell them my story? And i ordered mine from rogers customer support will they still have my file at the apple store?

call the store, ask if you need a genius bar appt. some less busy stores don't require them. busier stores def do. bring your receipt. there's no story to tell, just show them the phone. they should take care of it as long as it wasn't dropped.

You don't need your receipt.

I had the same issue with the silent switch. But I never did take it in to get replaced. GL
