I've changed the favicon for my website and I know it's working for other users, but it drives me crazy that Safari (on both OS and iOS) doesn't ever seem to update the favicons on the favourites pane. It's also really inconsistent. They have done so on my iMac, but not my MacBook Pro or iOS devices.
