Favicons are mixed up

Since upgrading to 12.1.1 I’ve noticed that some of Safari Favicons are showing incorrectly for some websites. Eg wrong icon for the website I’m visiting. Happens on my iPad and iPhone.

Seems it’s not an easy fix.
