Beside the obvious bug fixes (Apple still has more work to do on that front), for me, the triple click has my vote for most favorite new feature! I listen to a lot of music and the ability to repeats songs is awesome.

Now if those new in ear headphones work with 2.1, that would be great! I can find a way to stuff them in my Budcase!

i like that the apps don't move when they update now. that was a REAL pain to rearrange before.

For me the vote goes for the decreased battery life!! Way to go :apple:!!!

First bring out a device with poor battery life, then a software "update" to make the battery life worse and then to top it all another "update" to 2.1 to absolutely kill the battery if you every try using it for what it was meant for. Making more than 1 call or using the internet over the 3G network. Don't even get me started on trying to use the GPS...

Before you fanboys go off on a "don't like it then sell it and get a samsung" routine, this is a problem, a very well documented problem. Apple and Steve Jobs have been pushing out nothing but a bunch of lies as regards iPhone software. 2.0 sucked big time, 2.1 sucks little less on some front but makes up for that improvement with the battery usage.

So far my iPhone hasn't lost it's place in the playlist after stopping play. This is the longest it has gone without forgetting since the day the iPhone was released.

My battery has been great. maybe you shouldn't use the flashlight app so much.

Another nice feature is the auto wipe after 10 failed passcode attempts. Nothing like losing our iPhone knowing that all of contacts, e-mail photos and music in the hands of a complete stranger!
