Favorites on Apple watch

My favorites are not syncing, I had to manually add them I have tried every thing I found online including un-pairing and resetting the watch sync data. Any suggestions?

the favorites that populate with the picture in the middle and the people are around it like a clock, it show when you push the button.

When I first set up the watch they auto populated from my favorites and now they are not

I think that option is only available when you pair and sync for the first time. It's not difficult to add Friends manually. App Watch app on iPhone > My Watch > Friends > Add Friend. Worth noting that Favourites aren't the same as Friends. Your Favourites should sync from your iPhone and appear when you open the Phone app on Watch. The Friends "clock face" is reached via the side button.
