The day I sold my 43rd Apple //gs system when I was working in retail. That earned me enough points in an Apple sales contest to get my first computer, a Mac SE.
This moment is probably my favourite. Quite a lot of his strategy back then was rather different from what it ended up being, but it is very very interesting what he talks about.
Watching the iPhone 4 launch, and then queuing up to get mine on launch day. It was a strange experience. I felt like I had just become a member of some elite club. My last iPhone got delivered by UPS. Not quite the same high fives and euphoria!
