Design Addict are both invaluable resources.
Tomato are probably my favourite individual company.
But like most designers, I could probably list a 1000 links of inspiration.
I really like the
Johnson Banks site. Simple, yet really effective and funny in places. Has a great UI, and I love some of their work.
