To watch:
American Football ;)

To play:
Ultimate Frisbee
Golf (getting into it a little more in my advancing age) :)

To play/partake in:

CRICKET!!!!
Skiing
Golf
Pool (is it a sport? it involves a ball and drinking so it should be)

To watch:

Cricket (at the game, on TV it's only OK)
Skiing
Hockey (not the one on ice)
Rugby (not league)
Hockey (this time it's the one on ice)
Aussie Rules (at the game, it sucks on TV - you can't see any of the back play going on)

I'll watch anything, except for american football.

As for playing: swimming, volleyball, skiing (though I haven't been for ages), mini-golf and ten pin bowling

I enjoy playing most anything, but find soccer and baseball to be the most fun (football is fun, but it's hard to really get a good game going).

I will watch just about anything. The only sport I have found painful is lawn bowling. I do try to avoid F1 and Indy-car (the whine is irritating). But, I am pretty sure I have watched almost every sport that is broadcast. Oh, and I don't consider poker to be a sport. My favorite to watch on TV is football (american rules). So far my favorite at the game is baseball, but I haven't been to a pro/top tier college hockey game (only mid/low tier college).

I watch American football and international rugby union regularly, I'll try most of the Olympics (summer and winter) games, particularly athletics if there's nothing on. I like good live baseball and live ice hockey (both kinda tough in the UK) but not TV

I'm not a great fan of soccer (the boring game so far as I'm concerned) or televised golf.

So far as playing, I used to love curling until I left Scotland. I play squash occasionally but usually I just end up in the gym as far as fitness goes. I've tried playing touch football (NFL style) but since it's a guys' league; it can get a little painful when you're a 5'3" girlie!

 You freak.

Anyways, I like most sports. Heck, there are few that I actually dislike (NASCAR isn't a sport). I'm rather indifferent towards basketball though. I need to get back to playing soccer...

Anything involving monkeys or midgets.

Play: Disk golf

"He's football crazy, He's football mad. The football it has taken away the little bit of sense he had."

That's proper Association Football, mind you – not that odd American version. And my interest extends to watching it only – I'm a season ticket holder at Hull City so that's where I'm usually to be found on a Saturday afternoon.

I've only ever played one competitive game of football, and that was in the school team when I was 11 – and even then, I was only picked because we were a small school and there were barely enough boys in our year to make up a starting eleven. I actually managed to score the winning goal... unfortunately I managed to put it past my own keeper.

i'll give you a hint... look to the left to this post ;) :p
I like to watch and when i did play, i loved it
