Hello,

i was just wondering if theirs a way of having a 'stack folder', like downloads, but so i can add my own custom favourite apps, so that they're accessible from the dock ?

Sure...just make a folder somewhere and call it whatever you want. The folder can be in your documents folder it you want. Now open a second Finder window and for each app you want in there hold command and option keys both then drag the app into the folder. This will create an alias (shortcut) to the app. Now drag you folder into the dock next to the downloads folder. The right click it and set the appearance options however you want.
