Fax application for Lion

I have been using Page Sender from smileonmymac for sending and receiving faxes. http://www.smileonmymac.com/PageSender/index.html

I received an email from them that they will be discontinuing development and that pagesender will likely not work on Lion.

While faxing is not used as it was due to email, many business transactions still require it.

While I am aware of services such as efax, I prefer a native App residing on my Mac.

Any alternatives to pagesender that you are aware of that may work in Lion?
