I am trying to send a fax. I have scanned the fax and saved it in preview, but now I can not get it to fax without running it thru the printer again. Please help.

Are you using the Fax function in Mac OS X to fax? It is accessed with Command+Shift+P (or hold down Shift before clicking the File menu - the Print option changes to Fax).
