Am I missing something or can you only enter a destination for a fax by importing the number from the mac address book? Can't you simply enter a number manualy once to send a fax. Also, is there a "hot key" to activate a fax if it is set to answer after 0 calls and you pick up the phone and realize a fax is trying to be sent. Thanks

According to faxstf's own documenntation, you have to drag a vcard from the address book app and, of course, that vcard must have a fax number. I don't think there is a way to enter a one-time fax number.

I'm not sure about the hot key. That's a great idea and would be very useful. I don't think this is supported in faxstf.

There is another fax prgram for OSX. Cocoa eFax is shareware and it's still in beta, but it looks promissing.
