Folks, the FCC is at it again. Chairman Pai has once again said he is going to attempt to scrap Net Neutrality rules. For those who don't know, Net Neutrality is a set of regulations which prevent Service providers from creating fast and slow lanes on the internet. For example, I get my internet from my cable company but use my Apple TV to stream content from Netflix and Direct TV now. If the Net Neutrality rules are scrapped, my cable company could slow speeds for Netflix or direct tv now so they would be unusable or charge them money which of course would be passed on to us. It is a bad idea all around and the government should not be in the business of making telecom providers profitable.
If you believe in net Neutrality I suggest writing your congressman and or the FCC.
